Shipping

All orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving your order. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday.  During check out you are given shipping options if you don't select USPS First Class Package, your order will NOT have tracking. If you select USPS First Class Mail, we can not track your package. Once a package has been handed off to USPS, BROWNDAGES is no longer responsible for your package.

Changing/Cancelling an Order

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot confirm that changes or cancellations can be made. This depends on how far along the order is in processing and shipping, email us.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we can not accept returns.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, we will have a package returned to us because it was undeliverable.  This can occur for a multitude of reasons. BROWNDAGES is not responsible for packages that are returned as undelivered.  If customer requests for package to be resent to, new shipping fees will be added to the order and will have to be paid before item is shipped.

Packages not Received

Once your package is handed off to USPS, BROWNDAGES is no longer responsible for it. If your order has tracking, and it says your package was delivered, you should contact USPS for any questions.
